Company OverviewTranquil Web Solutions is a technology company focused on delivering innovative CRM solutions for real estate businesses. Our flagship product, Tranquil CRM, helps companies streamline lead management, sales tracking, customer communication, and business automation.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to promote and sell Tranquil CRM Software to real estate companies, builders, developers, channel partners, and sales teams. The candidate should have strong communication skills, software sales knowledge, and the ability to generate business through calls, meetings, demos, and follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Tranquil CRM Software.
  • Contact real estate companies, builders, and potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and field visits.
  • Explain CRM features, benefits, and business advantages to prospects.
  • Schedule and conduct online/offline software demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable CRM solutions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
  • Convert enquiries into successful sales closures.
  • Coordinate with the technical/support team during onboarding and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and closures in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.
  • Stay updated on CRM trends, real estate technology, and competitor products.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of CRM software and SaaS products.
  • Ability to handle client presentations and demos.
  • Knowledge of sales pipeline and lead management.
  • Confidence in cold calling and business development.
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales processes is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or CRM sales.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales interest may also apply.

Preferred languages: English, Hindi, Telugu.

  • Number of leads generated.
  • Product demos conducted.
  • Client meetings scheduled.
  • Sales closures achieved.
  • Revenue generated.
  • Customer retention and renewals.
  • Follow-up conversion ratio.
