Job Description

Handle fresh enquiries from portals, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable villa/apartment/plot options

Conduct client follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings

Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective customers

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business

Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets

Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly

Coordinate with marketing and channel partners for lead generation

Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and location developments
