We operate through retail outlets, tele-sales, and digital marketing channels to serve a wide customer base. We collaborate with Wellwith, a premium direct-to-consumer wellness brand offering Himalayan Sea Buckthorn–based products. Our team focuses on customer engagement, relationship management, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused individual to join our team as Store Incharge for the Wellwith Store – Kothapet. The role involves managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and creating a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store

• Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide accurate product information

• Maintain stock records, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment requirements

• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and maintenance of the store premises

• Handle billing, cash collections, and maintain daily sales reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

• Promote products, ongoing offers, and contribute towards achieving store sales targets

• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases

• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards

Eligibility Criteria• Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline

• Minimum 12 months of experience in retail sales, store operations, customer service, or related fields preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

• Basic knowledge of billing software and inventory management will be an added advantage

• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English preferred

• Comfortable handling customer interactions and store responsibilities professionally

Work Details

• Location: Wellwith Store, Kothapet, Hyderabad

• Work Mode: Work from Store

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Compensation

• Salary: ₹18,000/- per month In-Hand + (Performance Bonus – Based on Performance)
