- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing allotted customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, addressing them promptly
- Exhaust leads proficiently by updating CRM correctly
- Contact prospective leads and qualify them
- See through sales end-to-end with allotted set of customers
- Direct email/WhatsApp marketing campaigns to customer data bases
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
