Job Description
Role Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will act as a key link between customers and the ground sales team. The role focuses on coordination, follow-ups, and support activities to help generate and close sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and follow-ups
- Support the ground sales force by sharing leads, customer requirements, and updates
- Prepare and track quotations, orders, and delivery schedules
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely order confirmation and payment
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
