Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and showroom goals.
- Follow up with walk-in customers, enquiries, and leads.
- Maintain customer relationship and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments.
- Prepare quotations, booking forms, and sales documentation.
- Update customer data and sales reports regularly.
- Handle exchange evaluations and delivery process smoothly.
- Stay updated about new vehicle models, competitors, and market trends.
- Ensure proper showroom display and customer hospitality.
- Support promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
