Role Summary:

We are looking for a Sale Engineer who can visit sites, assess painting and civil works, prepare accurate estimates, convert assessments into sales, oversee quality control, and manage client communication to maintain a high conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit sites to assess painting and civil work requirements
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and scope clarifications
  • Explain estimates to clients and convert assessments into orders
  • Coordinate with operations for execution planning
  • Monitor work quality and ensure QC standards
  • Update clients on progress and handle queries professionally

Requirements:

  • Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil or related field
  • Experience in painting, civil works, or interior fit-outs
  • Strong estimation, client handling, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for site visits
