Sales Executive

About the Role

TheMVP.in builds high-performance custom PCs, workstations, and servers for AI, VFX, engineering, and architecture clients. We work with names like Netflix, ISRO, Microsoft, and Samsung. We are hiring a Sales Executive in Hyderabad to talk to clients, understand what they need, and help them build the right systems.

You do not need to be a hardware expert on day one. If you have sales experience and a real interest in tech, we will train you on the rest. What you do need is the drive to close deals, because the incentive here is uncapped. The more you sell, the more you earn, on top of your fixed salary.

What you will do

Talk to clients over calls, visits, and walk-ins to understand what they need. Recommend the right PC, workstation, or server for them. Prepare proposals and run product demos. Work with our technical team so what you sell actually fits the client's workflow. Follow up on leads and close deals.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 4 years of sales experience, any industry
• Basic to decent knowledge of computer hardware, workstations, or servers. We will train you on the rest.
• Comfortable with client calls, in-person meetings, and product demos
• Good communication in English and the local language
• Someone who wants to build a real career in tech hardware sales

The details

Fixed salary of ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month based on experience, plus uncapped incentive on every sale you close. This is a full-time on-site role in [CITY], 6 days a week.
