Job Description
We are primarily hiring for people who can commute and be present based on Areas.
What we do We're the official mobility partner for college and school campuses. Parents pay us directly to safely transport their children. We're growing fast and need people who don't just "sell" — they build trust, solve problems on the ground, and make parents feel confident enough to sign up.
Internally, we call this role Experience Engineer — because your job isn't to push a product. It's to engineer an experience so good that parents pull themselves in.
What you'll do
- Own a campus end-to-end: from first parent conversation to successful onboarding
- Talk to parents at campus gates, events, and via calls — understand their concerns, answer questions, help them sign up on our app
- Be the face of our company on your campus — build relationships with school/college admin, parent groups, and transport coordinators
- Track your own numbers daily: leads contacted, signed up, converted
- Transition into the ongoing relationship manager (CRM) for your campus — handling parent queries, renewals, and feedback after onboarding
You're a fit if you
- Have done field sales, direct sales, or door-to-door work (ed-tech, fintech, insurance, telecom — any B2C field role counts)
- Are comfortable talking to parents and college staff face-to-face in Telugu, Hindi, or English
- Can work independently at a campus without needing daily hand-holding
- Care about how people feel during the process, not just closing numbers
- Own a smartphone and are comfortable using apps and Google Sheets
