Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities· Identify new business opportunities in corporate offices, IT companies, builders, architects, interior designers, and institutions.

· Generate leads through networking, references, cold calling, and online platforms.

· Meet clients and understand their office furniture requirements.

· Present company products, catalogs, quotations, and proposals to clients.

· Coordinate with the design and production teams for project execution.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and corporate clients.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful orders.

· Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

· Attend exhibitions, events, and client meetings to promote the brand.

· Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and CRM updates.

· Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company policy.

· Ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to project completion.

· Develop dealer and channel partner networks for business expansion.

· Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for payment follow-ups and delivery schedules.

· Travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
