Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team at Happi Mobiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, demonstrating mobile phones and accessories, closing sales, and ensuring a delightful in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:·      Greet customers and understand their mobile phone requirements

·      Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly

·      Demonstrate mobile phones, accessories, and new launches

·      Convert walk-ins into successful sales

·      Maintain proper display and cleanliness of stock

·      Handle billing and coordinate with the cashier team

·      Follow up with customers post-sale for feedback or issues

·      Meet daily/monthly sales targets set by store management

·      Update stock records and assist in inventory checks

Eligibility Criteria:·      Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th pass); graduates preferred

·      Experience: 0–1 years (Retail sales experience preferred)

·      Age: 18–28 years

·      Freshers are welcome to apply

·      Local language (Telugu) and basic English communication required

Skills Required:·      Strong communication and convincing skills

·      Good product knowledge and willingness to learn

·      Customer handling and interpersonal abilities

·      Basic knowledge of Android/iOS phones and apps

·      Energetic, punctual, and team player

Working Hours:9 hours/day including break (rotational shifts)

Weekends and holidays are working; weekly off on rotation

Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives
