Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Manager with experience in franchise sales, client relationship management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving franchise expansion, pitching the brand to prospective clients, maintaining strong business relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support.
The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new franchise business opportunities for the brand.
Pitch the company’s food brand and franchise model to prospective investors and business partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, franchise partners, and leads.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding and operational execution.
Manage and support the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
Conduct follow-ups, client meetings, and business presentations effectively.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing franchise partners.
Ensure proper documentation and coordination throughout the franchise closing process.
Prepare sales reports, lead updates, and performance tracking reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
Sales Target
Candidate must be capable of successfully closing a minimum of 2 franchise outlets per month.
Required Skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent client relationship management abilities.
Team coordination and leadership capabilities.
Strong presentation and brand pitching skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Franchise Development, Business Development, or Client Coordination.
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of franchise business models.
Ability to handle multiple clients and business discussions professionally.
