Job Role
✓ Build and manage a strong Agency Channel network
✓ Drive life insurance sales and business growth
✓ Recruit, train, and support Channel Partners / Advisors
✓ Achieve monthly and yearly business targets
Key Responsibilities
✓ Recruit and onboard Channel Partners / Insurance Advisors
✓ Train and motivate partners to improve productivity
✓ Develop and expand agency distribution network
✓ Support advisors in policy sales and customer acquisition
✓ Monitor performance and ensure target achievement
✓ Maintain long-term relationships with partners
Required Skills
✓ Strong communication and leadership skills
✓ Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Agency Sales preferred
✓ Ability to recruit, train, and manage teams
✓ Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
✓ Good market knowledge and networking skills
Eligibility
✓ Graduation preferred
✓ Insurance or field sales experience is an advantage
✓ Freshers with strong sales mindset can also apply
