Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Manager at Amodha Infra Private Limited, a Hyderabad-based real estate development company with 16+ years of experience and 8 completed projects.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and convert them to site visits and closures across all active projects
- Conduct site visits and close plot/villa sales
- Manage and guide a small team of field sales executives
- Build and maintain broker/channel partner relationships
- Follow up with leads using CRM and WhatsApp workflows
- Achieve monthly sales targets across projects
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in real estate sales — plotted development preferred
- Strong knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market
- Proven track record of closing high-value property sales
- Existing broker network is a strong advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable working on incentive-based earnings
Compensation:
- Fixed: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month
- Incentive: Up to ₹80,000/month based on closures
- Total potential: ₹1,30,000 – ₹1,40,000/month
