1. Recruitment, training, hand holding and guiding of the Officers / Sr. Sales Officers/ AM - Sales of attainment of budget and incentives.2. Delivering quality accounts that facilitates building healthy retail liability book.3. Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity.4. Cross selling of asset and 3rd Part products.5. Remain updated market development and trend and apprise vertical head6. Stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines and educate sales team7. Assist vertical head in product design8.
