1. Generate Sales Leads
2. Identify and approach retail shops, distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, paan shops, cafes, and potential bulk buyers for TarOut and Royal Swag products.
3. Achieve Monthly Targets
4. Work on assigned sales targets and revenue goals with performance-based incentives and percentage commissions.
5. Field Sales & Market Visits
6. Conduct daily market visits to build relationships with retailers and increase product visibility across Telangana and surrounding markets.
7. Product Promotion
8. Explain product benefits, pricing, offers, and brand positioning to customers and retailers to improve sales conversion.
9. Distributor & Retailer Management
10. Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers while onboarding new retail outlets and distribution partners.
11. Order Collection & Follow-Ups
12. Collect orders, coordinate with the dispatch team, and ensure timely delivery and payment follow-ups.
13. Brand Representation
14. Represent Royal Swag Telangana professionally in the market and maintain a positive brand image at all times.
15. Reporting & Sales Updates
16. Submit daily and weekly reports on visits, sales achieved, market feedback, competitor activity, and pending collections.
17. Commission-Based Earnings
18. Earnings will include attractive percentage-based commissions, incentives, and bonuses linked directly to target achievement and performance.
