Job Description
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, online portals, social media, and site visits.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements and budget.
• Present residential projects to clients and explain features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales
• Assist customers with booking procedures, documentation, and loan-related queries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
