Position: Sales Support & Tele calling Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the sales team through tele calling, lead coordination, customer follow-ups, sales data management, and training newly joined sales team members on company processes, communication standards, and sales coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team with daily coordination and operational support
• Maintain customer databases, lead records, and follow-up trackers
• Coordinate with internal departments for order updates and customer requirements
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and follow-up status updates

Tele calling & Customer Coordination

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and prospects
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, pending orders, and customer feedback
• Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team
• Maintain professional communication with customers and channel partners

Training & Team Support

• Provide induction and process training to newly joined sales team members
• Guide new employees on tele calling methods, CRM updates, follow-up procedures, and communication standards
• Support the sales manager in maintaining team coordination and workflow processes
• Assist in improving sales calling scripts and customer interaction practices

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain sales records, customer interaction details, and follow-up documentation
• Update CRM/software regularly with accurate customer data
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Confident in handling customer interactions and team coordination
• Training or team handling experience will be an added advantage
