Position: Real Estate Sales Team Lead
Location: Hyderabad

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Team Lead to manage and motivate a team of sales executives, drive property sales, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer relationship management abilities, and a proven track record in real estate sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Property Consultants.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up by team members.
- Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, customer interactions, and conversions.
- Achieve team sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize bookings and closures.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
