Roles Requirement
• Strong experience in Focused Run and CALM and specialization in Application Life Cycle
• Configuration of Cloud ALM
o Health Monitoring
o Job and Automation Monitoring
o Interface and channel Monitoring
o Configuration and security analysis
o Implementation of CALM chain management process
o Integration of CALM- third party ticketing tool via standard API
o Basic knowledge of BTP
o Configuration of Jobs in Redwood
o SAP support backbone in CALM
• Production Support and resolution of Focused Run and CALM issues on daily basis.
• Have knowledge of integration with Service Management tools like Service Now
• Sound knowledge of Alert monitoring metrics, KPI’s & templates
• Experience for troubleshooting in Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience on SLDR Configuration, CCMS, SMD Agent and Wily
• Should have end to end implementation experience with Focused Run & CALM
• Has worked on Focused Build and Insights
• Provides ideas for Automation and Innovation in areas of CALM
• Support IT audit activities, analyze results and provide remediation which results in
improved compliance to standards and controls for all internal and external regulatory
requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 5-7 yrs or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as ALM Consultant and
basis administrator in a medium or large size firm.
• Acts as a mentor for the team members in the team in area of expertise.
• Must be capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive
deadlines.
