Job Description

. Academic & Instructional Leadership


  • Curriculum Management: Ensuring academic guidelines are met and supporting effective teaching methodologies.
  • Scheduling: Creating class timetables, allocating workloads, and planning the academic calendar.
  • Teacher Support: Guiding educators in professional growth, encouraging participation in training programs, and evaluating classroom performance. 

2. Administrative Management


  • Resource Allocation: Overseeing the management of school facilities, materials, and technological resources.
  • Admissions & Examinations: Coordinating admission processes and ensuring that school-wide assessments are conducted smoothly.
  • Meetings: Planning and chairing staff meetings to review monthly progress and discuss school policies.
