Job Description

  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, subject-specific lessons in alignment with educational board standards (e.g., CBSE, state boards).
  • Assessments & Evaluation: Prepare, administer, and grade assignments, tests, and mock examinations to measure student comprehension.
  • Exam Preparation: Equip students with the knowledge, critical thinking skills, and strategies needed to excel in standardized and board examinations.
  • Student Mentorship: Provide academic counseling and support students in setting goals for university and their future careers.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment conducive to adolescent development.
  • Parent Communication: Regularly communicate with parents or guardians to discuss academic progress, behavior, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Administration: Attend faculty meetings, participate in professional development, and assist in organizing school events or extracurriculars.
