Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and utilizing available tools and assets to meet client expectations. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and address any challenges that arise, ensuring that the delivery process is efficient and effective throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and collaboration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of privileged access security concepts and best practices.
- Experience in managing and deploying CyberArk solutions in complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to privileged access management.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements related to privileged access.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
