Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate – Finance & Accounts
Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Hyderabad Working Hours: 12:00pm to 9.00pm
• Collect the invoices from the respective departments within the company
• Verify the correctness w.r.t. statutory compliances
• Should coordinate with respective stakeholders and vendors to get the corrected invoice, in case of any errors
• Should have knowledge on raising Purchase Orders (PO) in Oracle
• Should provide required information for filing monthly/quarterly/annual returns • Should have knowledge on the monthly reporting on the tasks performed during the month.
• Should reconcile bank statements for the payments made • Maintenance of Accounting Files
• 2 – 3 years in the Account Payable process in an offshore facility or captive centers like Clean Harbors
• This position is for India only
• Hands on experience in Oracle AP module.
• Should have good knowledge in GST, Income Tax TDS provisions, credit/debit notes and bookkeeping. • Good communication skills
• Good computer skills on excel and word
