Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Daily Accounting Operations: Overseeing, recording, and updating general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements, trial balances, and MIS reports to assist management with financial insights.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensuring accurate filing and compliance with GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, and other tax regulations.
• Bank Reconciliation: Conducting regular bank reconciliations.
• Internal Controls & Audits: Implementing internal controls and coordinating with internal/external auditors for financial audits.
• Supervision: Mentoring or guiding junior accountants or administrative staff.
• Payroll Processing: Managing employee salary payments and associated tax records. Cyber Infrastructure, CIS +6

Key Requirements & Skills (2-3 Years Experience)

• Education: B.Com/M.Com or related degree.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and taxation.
