In this role, you will:

• Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
• Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
• Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
• Lead or participate on large cross group projects
• Mentor less experienced staff
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Design and execute systematic testing of LLM outputs across large collections of historical customer interaction data, evaluating behavior across tasks, data conditions, and edge cases.
• Apply machine learning and NLP models where appropriate to complement GenAI solutions, such as feature extraction, classification, clustering, or signal generation.
• Analyze complex structured and unstructured datasets to generate hypotheses, surface emerging risks, and identify opportunities
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python‑based experimentation and analytics workflows, working with large structured and unstructured text datasets;
• GCP, SQL proficiency required, SAS/Teradata a plus.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and NLP modeling techniques

•             Strong statistical background and deep understanding of statistical methods for extracting insight from large, complex datasets

Job Expectations:

• Shift timing: 1.30pm to 10.30pm
