Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect (Civil Designs) based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing architectural design, project management, and client requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. Key tasks include creating innovative and functional architectural plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, supervising project execution, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.

Ability to execute projects end to end with AUTOCAD and 3dsMAX/V-RAY.

Qualifications

• Expertise in architectural design and planning with a strong background in architecture and structural design principles.
• Experience in software development and integration of software solutions used in architectural modeling.
• Proficient in project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of civil projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in architectural design tools such as 3dsMAX/V-RAY, AutoCAD. Knowledge of Sketchup is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and materials in construction is a plus.
