Job Description
Sales & Revenue Generation :
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
Convert walk-ins, online leads, references, architects, designers and repeat customers into confirmed orders
Follow up with all leads via calls, WhatsApp, email and showroom visits
Increase average order value through upselling and cross-selling
Generate repeat business and customer referrals
Lead Handling & Customer Engagement:
Handle showroom walk-ins professionally
Handle online, reference and architect/designer enquiries
Understand customer intent, budget, timeline and preferences
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM / tracking sheet
Ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversion
Requirement Understanding & Design Consultation:
Understand architectural lighting requirements for each project
Suggest suitable lighting solutions based on design and functionality
Provide expert consultation on product selection and layout
Presentation & Concept Development:
Prepare mood boards and lighting concepts
Present design options and combinations
Help clients visualize final lighting outcome
Quotation, Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Prepare detailed quotations
Explain product specs, timelines, delivery procedures, installation and warranty
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Ensure advance payment collection
Order Processing & Execution Coordination:
Ensure accurate order booking and documentation
Coordinate with operations, warehouse and logistics teams
Track order execution till final installation
Customer Experience & Relationship Management :
Ensure premium showroom experience
Ensure high client satisfaction
Conduct post-installation follow-ups
Build long-term relationships with customers, architects and designers
Reporting, CRM & Performance Tracking:
Prepare daily enquiry and follow-up reports
Prepare weekly pipeline and sales performance reports
Maintain CRM data accuracy
Track conversion ratio, order value and closure cycle
Showroom Management & Brand Representation
Ensure showroom cleanliness and product display
Maintain lighting displays and demo zones
Represent Changi brand professionally
Learning, Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
Stay updated on lighting trends and new product launches
Understand competitor products and pricing
Continuously improve product and technical knowledge
