Job Description:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for field and office positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Work closely with HR and Operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
