Job Title: Manager/ Sr Manager – Process Excellence, Program Management Office (PMO), GCC 

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 Mid Night and should be willing to work from office Base location: Hyderabad

 Scope: Clean Harbors Global Capability Centre (GCC) locations Hyderabad

Job Summary (Roles/ Responsibilities): We are looking for a Manager/ Sr Manager – Process Excellence to join GCC PMO - Process Excellence team and the candidate is expected to contribute to the following one/ multiple objectives of the function as per the business priority and be responsible for Process Landscape and its due diligence

Drive Continuous Improvements Initiatives across Business Units

• Use Continuous Improvement techniques like Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and work with the process groups to represent the ‘As-Is’ process, identify redundant steps, and provide solutions for simplified “To[1]Be” processes; and help come up with optimized and efficient process across all the functions at the GCC or the larger business. o
• Apply methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, and Process Reengineering to improve efficiency o Documentation - Experience in developing Project Charters/ Business Case/ Solution & Design 
• Collaborate with project leads and maintain documentation of entire project execution as guided by methodology (Project Charters, Status reports, Closure reports, benefit realization etc). 
• Work with Automation enablers and Technology for the execution of transformation and simple automation projects.

 

Drive Quality Framework across GCC processes and ensure Corrective and Preventive (CAPA) are maintained

• Identify Critical to Quality (CTQ) and error logs are maintained, drive Quality as a Business Process performance indicator 
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any escalations, quality and efficiency issues using proven techniques like 5-Why, Fishbone, etc

Overall, 10 to 12 + years of relevant experience (in the areas of Process Excellence & Quality) o Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate (any field)
