HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.


Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) from a Tier 1 Institute. 8 - 12 years of experience in HR Strategy and Consulting Demonstrated expertise in applying consulting frameworks to assess and optimize workforce strategies. Strong analytical skills to interpret labor market trends and provide actionable insights for clients. Proficient in developing tailored workforce solutions that align with organizational goals and client needs. Experience in conducting workforce assessments and implementing change management practices. Ability to leverage data-driven methodologies to enhance workforce performance and efficiency. As a Senior Manager, you will be a key resource on HR transformation projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships. Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities(Leadership Development, Process Reengineering, Talent management, Change management) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges. Contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients. Lead project work streams from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions.

  • PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration

  • GCC HR Strategy & Advisory
