*Job Summary*

A Sales Consultant for 4-wheeler vehicles is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing cars. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and ensuring a smooth sales process while achieving sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

🚗 _Customer Interaction_

* Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

* Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.

🚗 _Sales Activities_

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

* Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.

🚗 _Lead Management_

* Handle inquiries from walk-in customers, phone calls, and online leads.

* Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert them into sales.

* Build and maintain a strong customer relationship.

🚗 _Documentation & Process_

* Complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments.

* Ensure smooth vehicle delivery to customers.

🚗 _Market Knowledge_

* Stay updated with competitor products and market trends.

* Promote dealership offers, schemes, and new car launches.

*Required Skills*:

*Qualifications*:

* Any Graduate / Diploma (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
