Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain home healthcare services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Provide information about services such as:

Home Nursing Care

Patient Attendants

Elderly Care Services

Post-Hospitalization Care

Medical Equipment Support

Maintain and update customer records in the database.

Follow up with leads and convert them into service bookings.

Coordinate with field staff and management for service delivery.

Maintain professional communication with patients and families.

Requirements

Minimum Intermediate / Degree / MBA (preferred).

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage.

Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare services is an advantage.

Strong convincing and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
