Job Description
Own the complete customer journey — from walk-in reception to final vehicle delivery
Engage and qualify walk-in prospects through consultative selling and product demonstrations
Execute structured follow-ups via calls, messages, and visits to maximize lead conversion
Present and explain financing schemes, EMI options, and exchange offers tailored to customer needs
Coordinate with RTO, insurance, and finance teams to ensure seamless, on-time vehicle handover
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, and pipeline status daily
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly retail sales targets set by the showroom
Handle customer objections and escalations with professionalism and solution-driven approach
Drive repeat business and referrals through exceptional post-sale relationship management
High performers will be promoted to Team Leader or Assistant Sales Manager within 6 months based on demonstrated ability
