Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive field sales and business development for our construction equipment across Hyderabad and Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate has strong sales/marketing experience in the building materials and construction equipment industry, is comfortable traveling extensively to potential customer sites, and is confident negotiating and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

● Visit potential customer sites across the assigned territory to identify requirements

● Generate leads and enquiries through site visits, networking and market outreach

● Sell IRI's range of construction equipment to builders, contractors and site owners

● Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales ● Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections

● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in the territory Candidate Requirements

● Prior sales/marketing experience in building materials or construction equipment strongly preferred

● Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and the relevant regional language

● Approachable, self-driven, and comfortable with extensive field travel

● Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license

● Any graduate degree

Compensation & Benefits

● Salary of Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month, based on relevant experience

● Target-based incentives on top of fixed salary

● Petrol and travel allowance reimbursed
