Power Platform

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Years of Experience: 4+ years

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Hands-on expertise in Power Automate
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and Excel
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, solutions, and environment management
• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management – preferred)
• Knowledge of security roles, permissions, and governance in Power Platform
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and connectors
• Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards with strong data modeling and DAX
• Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources
• Customize forms, views, workflows, and business rules
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and APIs
• Perform testing, debugging, performance tuning, and deployment
• Follow best practices for security, governance, and environment management
• Provide technical documentation and end-user support
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers

 

Process Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process.
• Develop and peer review (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

Behavioral Skills:

• Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification:

• Any relevant certification would be added advantage.
