Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases/leads.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to customers.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain customer data and call records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign activities.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
