Job Description

A Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing all operations during a particular shift, ensuring tasks like order picking, packing, and dispatch are completed on time and accurately. They supervise the team, assign duties, monitor performance, and maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene standards in the store or warehouse. The Shift Incharge also handles day‑to‑day issues, coordinates with other shifts, and supports the manager in achieving daily targets and smooth workflow.
