Job Description
Operations & Cleanliness: Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Ensure the store, equipment, and serving areas are spotless.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels of ice cream, cones, toppings, and paper goods. Place orders with suppliers and conduct routine inventory audits.
Financial Duties: Manage daily cash registers, balance tills, prepare deposits, and control store budgets.
Customer Service: Actively engage with guests, handle escalated complaints, and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied.
