Job Description
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Ensure work is completed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Resolve on-site issues and address delays or conflicts.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain daily site records and reports.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
