Job Description

Sky Global Indian Service - RM-Sky Channel-VRM - NR

The Relationship Manager will be a key member of the Sky Channel team, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring a seamless banking experience. The RM will work closely with the Sky Channel-VRM - NR team to deliver an exceptional service and drive business performance.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities within the Sky Channel-VRM - NR segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client financial goals and provide tailored solutions, including investment advice and banking services.
  • Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to offer relevant and timely financial recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Sky Channel team to ensure a cohesive and efficient client service approach.
  • Manage and oversee a team of relationship officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality client interactions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, maintaining the bank's high standards of integrity.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance the bank's presence and reputation in the market.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on the Sky Channel-VRM - NR segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
  • Analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems for efficient client management.
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of relationship officers.
  • A proactive and client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
