- Lead VRM solution implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the Sky Channel-VRM team, offering innovative ideas.
- Analyze VRM data for trends and inefficiencies, suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless VRM strategy integration.
- Train and mentor team members on VRM tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and VRM technologies, sharing insights with the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex VRM issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders for successful VRM implementation.
- Ensure a collaborative and supportive environment for the Sky Channel-VRM team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on automotive or fleet management is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in VRM or a related field, with a proven track record of successful VRM implementation and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of VRM technologies, software, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Analytical mindset for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to develop and guide a high-performing team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver VRM initiatives on time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to stay updated with VRM industry trends and technologies.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and embrace change.
