Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in LB NAGAR. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. Daily tasks include creating and publishing content, optimizing social media platforms, analyzing social media performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience with graphic design and video editing.

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and audience engagement.

• Track performance and optimize content strategy for better reach and engagement.

Social Media Marketing

• Run targeted Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

• Implement WhatsApp Marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and conversions.

• Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Graphic Designing

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating professional and aesthetic social media creatives, advertisements, and marketing materials.

• Ensure brand consistency in all designs.

Video Editing

• Skilled in video editing to create high-quality, engaging content tailored for social media platforms.

• Develop reels, promotional videos, and brand stories aligned with campaign objectives.
