You'll work as a SOFTSERVICES LEAD, reporting into the REGIONAL HEAD - SOUTH.

In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Being Analytical and Meticulous

You must pay attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be building, maintaining, supporting and validating the performance of subordinate staff workings. You will also be applying knowledge of administration; for program, resources, and staff and demonstrate the ability to manage others and to communicate information effectively with the internal & external customers along with leadership skills.

You’ll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or clients changing requirements.

Education and experience

Must be from Hospitality Background with minimum experience of 15 years inclusive of Execution and Advisory roles played in the past.

Must have played the role of Internal Auditor with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Proficient with computer skills and mobile in nature.

  • Excellent in communication & Articulation skills - both written and spoken
  • Must be Mobile
  • Must have played the role of Supervisor, Advisor and Auditor in past
  • Preferably someone from PAM industry experience
  • Self-driven and team player with an ability to lead from front
  • Well versed with automation and technology implementation in soft services

An eye for detail

You’ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables.
