Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities and franchise leads.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Lead and guide the sales team for better performance.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare business reports, sales analysis, and performance updates.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Required Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team handling abilities.
- Excellent sales and business development knowledge.

- Good presentation and client management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reports, and CRM tools.
