Software Development Engineer, VASTech
Are you interested in solving unprecedented technological challenges while seeing the direct impact of your work?Amazon's Value Added Services Tech team in Hyderabad, India seeks Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to build our next-generation services platform. This platform will revolutionize how customers buy services with the same ease as products. Our initiative aims to transform Amazon's service offerings through innovative technology solutions.
As an SDE, you will design and implement scalable solutions while tackling complex large-scale computing challenges. Your role involves applying expertise in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. You'll own systems end-to-end and influence technology decisions that impact millions of global customers. Additionally, you'll build distributed real-time systems while creating comprehensive documentation and support processes.
We're expanding our team to develop a services platform that will transform Amazon's service offerings. Your work will directly contribute to launching this disruptive platform, focusing on creating flexible and convenient solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, experience with distributed systems, commitment to delivery, and technical expertise in scalable architecture.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
