Specialist - Software Engineering
Pega Dev with Constellation and Kafka integration required with 57 years experience with hands on Constellation experience for at least 1 year Need to have Design experience as well
Good to Have Lead the architectural design and strategy for Pega applications ensuring scalability performance and maintainability Oversee end to end development lifecycle including requirements gathering analysis design coding testing and implementation of Pega solutions Identify and resolve issues related to Pega application performance bottlenecks and production incidents promptly Establish and enforce development best practices coding standards and guidelines to enhance team efficiency Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions using the Pega platform Ensure delivered solutions align with business and technical requirements to achieve customer success and business benefits Collaborate with onshore counterparts and business analysts to drive deliverables and coordinate work within the team Mentor and support junior team members to uphold code quality and project standards
