Senior Associate Data Analytics 
 
We are seeking someone from finance background with technically strong, automation-focused professional (2-4 years’ experience) to help modernize and scale our finance analytics capabilities using AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics engineering. 

This role will focus on: 

• Building automation pipelines using Python and workflow tools (e.g., n8n) 

• Designing and deploying AI agents using Lang Chain and GenAI technologies 

• Developing structured prompt frameworks to support financial and transformation analytics use cases 

• Creating scalable insight-generation systems to accelerate scenario modeling and value tracking 

• Integrating AI-powered workflows into transformation decision processes 

The ideal candidate combines strong Python and data skills with hands-on experience in AI agent development, prompt engineering, and workflow automation, along with the ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Automation & Workflow Engineering 

• Design and implement automated analytics pipelines using Python 

• Build workflow orchestration using tools such as n8n 

• Automate workflows, validation checks, and reporting processes 

• Develop alerting and monitoring systems for data quality and anomalies 

2. AI Agent Development 

• Build and deploy AI agents using Lang Chain (or similar frameworks) 

• Design tool-enabled agents capable of: 

• Querying structured financial/operational datasets 

• Generating scenario commentary 

• Producing executive-ready insights 

• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures 

• Integrate (speech to speech, text to speech, speech to text) AI agents into reporting workflows and business processes 

3. Prompt Engineering & LLM Optimization 

• Develop structured prompt frameworks for transformation of analytics use cases 

• Create reusable prompt templates for financial analysis and scenario modeling 

• Control hallucination risks using validation layers and tool-based calculations 

• Optimize model usage for cost, latency, and reliability 

4. Analytics & Modeling Support 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business problems into analytical solutions 

• Applying data science, machine learning, and statistical techniques to enhance modeling, scenario simulations, and value forecasting 

• Ensuring outputs are transformation-ready and decision-relevant 

 

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Partner with finance, transformation, and analytics stakeholders 

• Support adoption and training for automation and AI solutions 

 

Required Qualifications 

• 2-4 years of experience in finance, analytics, automation, or applied AI 

• Strong Python programming skills (pandas, APIs, data processing) 

• Hands-on experience with Lang Chain or similar agent frameworks 

• Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications 

• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n 

• Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs) 

• Strong prompt engineering capabilities 

• Experience handling structured financial or operational datasets 

• Solid understanding of transformation analytics or performance measurement frameworks 

• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills 

 

Technical Skill Requirements 

Core: 

• Python 

• SQL 

• Lang Chain (or equivalent agent frameworks) 

• n8n (or similar orchestration tools) 

• OpenAI / GenAI API integrations 

• Prompt engineering 

 

 

Preferred: 

• Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.) 

• Power BI or Tableau 

• Databricks or cloud-based data platforms 

• Experience with scenario modeling frameworks 

• Experience working in finance or transformation environments 

 

Education/ Prior Employment Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in data science or AI or Machine learning or finance or related fields & 1-3 years of Automation & AI development experience  

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science or information technology or information systems or related fields & 2 to 4 years of Automation & AI development experience  

• Diploma in finance, technology or related fields and 4 to 5 years of Automation & AI development experience
