Role Overview

YASH Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – People Advisory Services to lead and grow our consulting practice focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM), Workforce Transformation, Employee Experience, and Enterprise Transformation Adoption. This leadership role combines client delivery ownership, executive advisory, solution development, presales support, and people leadership.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale business and technology transformations, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, driving successful program outcomes, and supporting business growth through consulting-led sales and thought leadership.

The role requires a balance of strategic advisory expertise, hands-on delivery leadership, and market-facing engagement across ERP, Digital, AI, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Transformation initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Advisory & Transformation Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and transformation sponsors on change, adoption, workforce readiness, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide change management and people transformation strategies for complex business and technology programs.
• Partner with client leadership teams to establish transformation visions, adoption roadmaps, and organizational readiness strategies.
• Facilitate executive workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder governance forums.
• Advise clients on organizational design, leadership alignment, culture transformation, employee experience, and capability-building initiatives. 

 

2. Delivery Leadership & Program Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of People Advisory and Change Management engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams across geographies and transformation workstreams.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, KPIs, and adoption success measures.
• Oversee key change management activities including:
• Stakeholder analysis and engagement
• Change impact assessments
• Organizational readiness assessments
• Communications strategy and execution
• Learning and training strategies
• Adoption measurement and value realization
• Ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption of business and technology transformation programs.
• Manage engagement financials, resource planning, utilization, and delivery performance. 

 

3. Presales, Solutioning & Business Development

• Lead and actively contribute to consulting-led presales opportunities, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, client presentations, and solution workshops.
• Collaborate with account teams and sales leaders to identify, qualify, and pursue transformation opportunities.
• Develop compelling value propositions, business cases, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Conduct client discovery sessions, assessments, and maturity evaluations to identify transformation opportunities.
• Support revenue growth by building trusted client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Participate in client pursuits across ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), Digital Transformation, AI Adoption, and Enterprise Modernization programs. 

 

4. Practice Development & Thought Leadership

• Contribute to the growth and maturity of the People Advisory Services practice.
• Develop reusable accelerators, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and delivery assets.
• Create thought leadership content including POVs, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and client success stories.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging practices in change management, employee experience, workforce transformation, AI adoption, and organizational effectiveness.
• Represent YASH in industry events, webinars, conferences, and client forums. 

 

5. People Leadership & Capability Building

• Mentor, coach, and develop consultants, managers, and emerging leaders within the practice.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, competency development, and career progression initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and consulting excellence.
• Drive knowledge management and best-practice sharing across global teams. 

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

• MBA, Master's Degree, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Prosci Certification, CCMP, ADKAR, or equivalent change management certification preferred.

Experience

• 12-18 years of professional consulting and industry experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management and Transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and multi-country rollouts.
• Proven track record of leading client engagements and delivering measurable business outcomes.
