Job Description

  • Monitor and record resident vitals, including blood pressure, blood sugar levels, temperature, and other key indicators.                                            Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical and medical records for all residents.
  • Administer medications, injections, and specialized nursing treatments (e.g., catheterization, wound/bed sore dressing, tube feeding, oxygen, and nebulizer therapy).Train, guide, and supervise care attendants on proper patient care techniques.
  • Coordinate closely with resident families and attending physicians to provide regular health updates.
  • Provide specialized emotional and medical support to seniors living with chronic conditions like Alzheimer's and Dementia.
